Warranty Policy

 

General provisions of the guarantee:

 

    1.    All our electronic products from SunGuard Tech are guaranteed for two years (manufacturer's warranty)

 

    2.    Our warranty services are not located. This includes the availability of spare parts, the duration of the repair and/or the quality of the repair, and the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly in case of any complaint or inquiry for a required service .

 

    3.    To benefit from the warranty services, please make sure that the original invoice of the product is present in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (the warranty card of the device is brought if available )

 

    4.    .In some cases, a delivery representative is sent to pick up the product from the registered address and send it to the seller or Authorized Service Center, in this case the inspection period will be 15 working days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse until the dispatch date with the representative

 

    5.    .The customer can get by. A replacement product or a refund of the purchase value after deducting the value of the use and lost accessories if they are eligible within the rules and legislation of the Ministry of Commerce and industry.**

 

    6.    .The shelf life cycle of each product may vary and the customer can check the product manual or contact the authorized for more details.

 

    7.    .We apply the policy of some service centers that may require you to pay a sum of money for products that have been classified out of warranty and you have refused the repair price

 

    8.    The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or misuse, spillage of liquids, or other external causes.

 

    9.    The customer must make sure that the product has been packed in the original carton or has been properly packaged to avoid any damage during the shipping process, and we will not be held responsible in the event of a break or damage to the product in this case, and the product with the warranty will be returned to the customer without maintenance.

Device pickup and delivery policy:

 

       The delivery service requires four to seven working days and in this case it will not be counted from the repair period.

 

* The pick-up and delivery service is not considered as part of the repair time of the product.

 

** The usage value is calculated at 5% of the product value at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase, so that the value does not exceed 80% of the product value.

 

This warranty applies only to products that you purchase within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates or one of the Gulf countries (the"country"). Replaced or repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses located within the country, and refunds will be made only to accounts located within the country.

 

If the customer refuses to receive the product after completing the processing of the warranty request, the product will be stored in our warehouses for a maximum of seven (٧) days and the customer will not have the right to request the return of the product after the expiration of this period

 

Attention: please always keep the original product box to ensure that you get warranty service according to the terms and conditions of some maintenance centers.
